To upload documents to a data room you must be an Account Owner, Admin or have Editor access to the relevant data room.
You can add documents in a few ways:
- Make sure your data room is in "Draft" mode
- To upload a new file: Select the relevant folder you'd like to add the file to and then click on the "Add new document" icon.
- To upload from a Workflow: Select the "Options" button and then "Add suggested documents". Tick the boxes next to the documents you'd like to add, they will auto allocate into the folders shown based on the document tags.
- To make these new updates available to your Viewers, simply publish a new version.
