Advanced onboarding process

If you've opted-in to our advanced onboarding process, you'll be able to have all your historical equity and governance processes set out into workflows and connected to your cap table and data room.

Key points:

1. Add all your historical company documents to your Google Drive account (if you don't have one, you can set up a free account here).
2. Make your own copy of the Advanced Onboarding Sheet in the same Google Drive.
3. Add your users and stakeholders onto the sheet.
4. Create your workflows in the sheet and add links to the documents in your Google Drive.
5. Share the sheet and the Google Drive with the Tallystone team.
6. Team Tallystone will then upload your information to your account.
